The Tokyo Motor Show is a place where some fantastical ideas can come alive and this is no different for our favorite Japanese automaker. Decked out in lime green, angled with sharp lines and edges, and ready to get you out in the open air is the Mitsubishi AR Concept and as soon as we saw it we knew we had to share the news with you.
The automaker has described the AR Concept as having all the comforts you'd expect to find in a minivan while keeping the active personality and atmosphere associated with an SUV, brought together for something truly incredibly. We definitely can't disagree and it doesn't hurt that it looks pretty cool on top of all of this.
Did we mention it's a hybrid vehicle? Offering eco-friendliness as green as the paint job of the one on display, the AR Concept houses a 1.1-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine kicking out 134 horsepower, teamed up with a 10-kW electric motor used as a belt starter generator.
