When our Denver area car shoppers are looking for a new Mitsubishi, many of them value quality performance, spacious interior, and premium safety. The latter is something that the auto brand and we, Skyline Mitsubishi, consider a top priority. That's why we are providing you the details on the 2013 Outlander Sport recall.
Mitsubishi is recalling Outlander Sport models that were built between June 11, 2012 and September 11, 2012. These vehicles may be equipped with brake lights that will stay lit continuously or sporadically, including times when the brake is not in use. Another concern is the shift lever's potential to move out of Park when the brake is not pressed.
Fortunately, dealing with recalls is very simple! Mitsubishi is notifying owners of the affected vehicles and if you are informed that your Outlander Sport is part of the recall, just swing on by our service center at 2040 W. 104th Ave. in Thornton, CO. We will fix the stop lamp switch, free of charge!
We realize that our Mitsubishi drivers may have additional questions regarding the recall or their own cars, so we invite you to get in touch with us with any of your inquiries!
