Warning: If you a) don't like good news b) aren't interested in supporting our environment or c) want a ridiculously expensive model with terrible fuel-economy, then stop reading...this article isn't for you. If, however, you're ready to get excited about fantastic news regarding a remarkably affordable, EPA approved model with the best fuel-efficiency in the market, then by all means listen up!

We are more than thrilled to announce that Mitsubishi masterminds have decided to release the already-lauded Mitsubishi i-MiEV earlier than expected. Starting July of 2012, dealerships like Skyline Mitsubishi at 2040 W. 104th Ave. Thornton, CO 80234 will see the EV model arrive on their lots. From the beginning, automotive experts have forecasted high circulation and popular standing for the snappy electric. An earlier release date just means that the MiEV will have even more time to spread its eco-friendly love and beat out competitors within the U.S. market.

At this point, we're guessing most true Mitsubishi groupies are more than well aware of the 2012 i-MiEV model's winning personality. But for those who could use a reminder, Skyline Mitsubishi is pleased to oblige. Last month, green specialists at the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy voted the Mitsubishi i number one fuel-efficient car based on its MPGe ratings of 126 city/99 highway/112 combined. In addition to those consumer-happy stats, the electric holds a drive range of 62-miles and nabs the title of most affordable in its class at under thirty-grand.

Sound like a model you could find EV-bliss with? Be sure to  stay tuned. Mitsubishi is constantly releasing new information and Skyline Mitsubishi always makes sure those in the Denver area are the first to know. Meanwhile, don't forget to browse our full collection of new Mitsubishi models.
