Hawaii To Host Official Launch of Mitsubishi i EV

Mitsubishi Motors North America has decided...The state where they'll officially launch their pure-electric i this fall will be Hawaii. And, thanks to a variety of EV incentives, including Hawaii's $4,500 clean energy rebate and federal tax credit of $7,500 (subject to availability), the entry-level i ES will cost only $16,000. That's $11,990 below the manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) of $27,990!
